I have bid at the last three firearms auctions with a problem at all three. The first auction I drove almost 5 hours to pick up my purchases only to receive a call about a month later to let me know they had found a purchase they didn’t give me. The second problem was with shipping this company shipped live ammo with a peep sight in a plastic bag. Third after several weeks I received a call that they had lost one of my purchases, they did refund my costs but I cannot understand how a company that has been in business for as long as they have can have such a poor grasp on running a business. They certainly have lost my business. Under no circumstance would I recommend this auction company.

They sold a lot of things for me. No reserve means that almost everything you have will sell. Your no longer wanted items go away and you receive a cheque in the mail. Trevor, Peter, Andrew, Glenn, Dave, etc . are always helpful and accommodating. It's an excellent service.

Slow responding to questions about items. Firearms not critiqued enough on condition.

Helpful staff. polite and answer questions quickly, platform is easy to understand. My only complaint is that I was shipped live and inert ammunition in the same container. This is dangerous. Please separate the two before shipping in case someone inexperienced doesn't necessarily realize what they're holding.

They misrepresent what they sell and don't even make an effort to get basic data (like measurements of an item) correct. This, in addition to all the usual auction markups, egregious shipping charges etc. means you're probably better off going elsewhere.
