Staff are blatantly rude to customers, they charge you 3 to even use the debit machine to pay for your orders. Don't recommend shopping here unless it's with cash and important.

I got some cayenne pepper this a.m. went to Bulk Barn, your competitor. .. excellent protocol. They let in 1 at a time. The masked and gloved employee escorts you to the things you want. She follows you with a cart containing disinfected scoops, and wipes everything down. She shovels whatever you want in the bag and ties it up. Customer touches nothing. Very impressed. However they were out of cayenne. Then I went to Bulk Barrel, no protocol. Everybody just comes in, you touch all the bags, little shovels, twist ties, do your own thing. Not everyone was masked so some people breathing right over the open bins! No monitoring of any kind, or social distancing. Scoops go right back for the next person to touch. Wow . As well, when I paid at the cash, I had to.pay a surcharge to use either my debit or credit card. Won't be going back there!! You need to step up.

I gave 3 stars because the stuff is obviously what I go for, BUT there's one woman who has such a bad attitude, I don't think anyone likes her. I witnessed her trading BB product for coffees from the tim hortons, costing both businesses money. All this before TH and BB gates opened. She dresses lazy too, I should've guessed she would have lazy work ethic and morality.

VERY,VERY RUDE STAFF. They seem to care more about themselves than their customers. I use to spend about 60.00 per week, now I wont even darken their doorsteps.To whoever owns this store please wake up before you have no regular customers! Your staff is costing you money not making you money.

MOST OF THE TIME THE STAFF IS PRETTY GOOD, THE ODD TIME THEY HAVE ATTITUDES. I FEEL SORRY FOR THEM DURING SCHOOL DAYS. ALL THE SHOVING AND SCREAMING. WOULD DRIVE ME CRAZY. ALSO, THEY HAVE TO WORRY MORE ABOUT SHOPLIFTERS. THE BULK BARREL AT CITI PLAZA ARE GREAT AND ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE MGR IS A GREAT GUY. I ALWAYS WENT THERE BUT AM MISSING THEM BECAUSE OF COVID 19.
