Beautiful view of the Buckland area and forested hills. Be sure to keep an eye out for the sign on the side of the road. The observatory is a short hike after parking in the designated area. Try not to drive beyond the parking area, as the road beyond that point is private property. No fires are allowed in the area, but it is a great place to have a picnic and catch a wonderful view. The observatory is surrounded by horse farms, who have beautiful and adorable horses on their fields.
