It was another fine experience with Bucklands and more specifically with Mike MacKenzie who I believe is the manager there. They are picking up US postage from Port Huron for me and bringing it into Canada when everything border wise is shut down. First, the shipping costs are reasonable, but its the service that makes the difference. Mike is first class. He's responsive, easy to talk to and just gets the job done. Many thanks to Mike and the staff that make it all come together. Gary.
I had been with Buckland over 15 years but switched over due to high costs collected NAFTA/USMCA certs....paid a large annual soliciation fee for the collection and then you get dinged too much for updates that come in thru the year. Switched to A&A custom brokers.....no annual solicitation fee and no additional fees regarding new updates. I find when companies get too big, us little companies don't matter! BYE BYE
Not too bad of a company, but they may be much too busy as they repeatedly ignore our needs due to someone being on holiday or whatever else their excuse might be.
