Wasn't sure as I had to do everything online and never been to the store. But tried it out. Placed order on Thursday, confirmation about an hour later by phone, then payment went smoothly online. Finally received the stove 1 week later via Day and Ross. Highly recommend. I might order a wooden hot tub from them in the spring.

Purchased outdoor sauna same as showroom display. Received the best price I could find without negotiating. Sauna was built on site on time as agreed. Everything works as was expected. Finished product looks as good as expected. Very professional service. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in future.
