Today we went into Trevi to find a Gazebo. Alexandra was a great help in finding the perfect fit for us. She was approachable, kind and patient. Trevi had a beautiful variety of furnishings for our outdoor space. We ended up not only buying a gazebo but a new table and chairs as well.

Worst ever experience that I had in my life. Sales person was not able to speak english, Instead of introducing Trevi product and compare options and give us the best suggestions He was trying to ruin other companies like club piscine. I got appointment week ago and ask for someone that able speak english but the sales representative was not able to speak english . He doesn’t know what is the difference between Salt filtration and other product. he was not able to answer any questions, when I asked for quote he gave me his hand writing note. unprofessional company, un friendly store . I don’t recommend this store, maybe other store has good sales representative. Don’t weste your time for going this store
Everything went fine until the delivery and installation of the pool and patio furniture. However, the patio umbrella is not working and I’ve been trying to contact Trevi since May/20 (4 months) to get the issue resolved and NOTHING. Called more than 20 times, left messages after all calls, sent more than 15 emails, went personally to the store but still no answer on what to do with the broken umbrella.
Peoples in sales department were very helpful. Nice choice of pool for a good price.
Great service for all the steps from day one to the delivery. After sale service was good as well. I do recommend trevi !
