I was not aware that you were coming at this date. I am pleased that you came but I would have liked a reminder that you were coming. My daughter heard the doorbell ring several times but did not answer since we were not expecting anyone. Please send a reminder before you arrive next time. I see that a trap was left outside my garage door but I am not clear on any of the other service that was done. The yellow paper has no indication of what was done.
They are very professional and responsive. I still have to get the treatment done as today was just the inspection and the Simone explained the entire process during his visit. He was very professional and respectful. So far so good. Once I have seen some results would be in a better position to say more .
Wooby was extremely professional while being friendly as well. Was on time & took the time to explained clearly every step of what he was going to do. Also gave great tips for the future & validated that every details was understood. I strongly recommend his services!! Definitely a 5 stars since the system won't let me give more!!

Back in June, the sales came to my door say they are doing a promotion and it's 149 plus tax and will cover for one year, all the good promises you can imagine. I believed What he said and made the payment back in June and subscribed. Today i got charged again and i was told on the phone that it's quarterly charge! What a scam... Avoid this company at all cost! Follow up: I called Terminix regarding to this issue and I appreciate that they are very engaging and supportive. They are very honest with me and will refund me the extra charge. You got my business.
Truly professional company! Tarik was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He offered great ways to prevent and resolved all issues. This company takes care of the monthly inspections to ensure everything is always under control!
