La Maison d'Anita is a lovely mom-and-pop shop. The empanadas were delicious. The fillings were flavourful. The outer dough of the empanadas were baked beautifully (nice egg wash) and were each customized "ANITA" along with the filling code (ex: B, BE, PO etc...). The chimichurri and criolla sauces accompanied the empanadas magnificently. The churros were crispy, sprinkled with sugar and contained dulce de leche filling. The personalized hand written messages on the takeout containers were an extra touch and show how much they care for their clients. We can't wait to go back and try other flavors. A hidden gem in a little corner. A must-try if you are in the area and craving authentic Argentinian food.

Definitely best empanadas I’ve ever had I ordered 6 empanadas with 6 different choices. When I first received the box, I was like which one is which?! No worries guys, this place knew that we will be mixing things up, they labeled every empanadas. The paper they stick on the box explains everythin: PO, EP, etc I will be coming back trying their other empanadas dessert
Maison d'anita is such a gem!! The staff is friendly, caring and take their time to answer any questions you may have. They have delicious, authentic empanadas, alfajores churros and so much more! Their empanadas are made fresh, served hot and taste amazing! So far we have tried carne (beef), carne piquante (spicy beef), humita con salsa blanca (corn and bechamel), Jamon y queso (ham and cheese), fugazztta (mozzarella, blue cheese and onion), and berenjena (eggplant and tomato). There is literally no bad option and they all taste amazing dipped in the house made chimichurri or Pico de Gallo! Finish your meal off with an authentic beverage and dessert - the dulce de Leche churros and alfajores are a must. Definitely the perfect choice when you're craving a quick and flavorful meal, and also perfect for sharing! The inside of the restaurant is so beautifully done, and they have an amazing mural of empanadas that is absolutely stunning! Be aware, however, that if you don't want to wait, order ahead. We walked in and only had to wait 15 minutes, but it would have been much easier to call and place the order ahead and then picked up. But worth the wait anyway!
The empanadas were divine! I love the meat ones but the blue cheese (Fugazetta) was a winner for me. The lady who served me was very nice also
