Great stay again at the Ramada in Brooks. Helpful friendly staff. Very Reasonable COVID Procedures in Place. And, available plug-in parking, vital during this February Cold Spell -40 Wind Chills! Complimentary breakfast has stepped-up a notch from our last visit in Spring, right after lockdown was Bag-Breaky. This time service in the cafe area, was hot, concession-style, to Take Away OR Eat-In, depending on numbers. Keep Up the Great Work Folks. We'll be back!

Had a lot of issues with AC units working and rooms are not clean to my standards, it is an older hotel could use some updates but overall the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, I do suggest checking your room first to make sure you are happy with it. The gym is 5 stars, unfortunately no hot breakfast due to COVID so can’t comment there, they do give out breakfast bags at least but I haven’t tried them.

This Ramada does things right, from the friendly staff to the gym and pool being open by appointment (and waterside!) to the rooms and bathrooms being nice. I will be using this as my go to for all my trips to Dino park in the future. Two minor knocks 1. Unsecured wifi and no wired internet in the rooms. 2. The doors are a bit thin, no issues with noise from other rooms but you can hear people in the hallway if they are coming and going.
