I called the other day (since I had left a message hours earlier on voice-mail and no one returned my call) and asked for help. I said I needed to buy 1 yard of batton because I was trying to make a cornice board for my window. She advised me they only sell by the meter. I told her I didn't sew and wasn't familiar with the different cuts. I said I just need it big enough to go with the yard of material I have. She just said well 1 yard is .9144 meters, which means nothing to me. So I bought it, got home and am now stuck with a small useless 41.5 x23 inch piece of batton. I guess I should just leave sewing to the experts. Or if I can get some help order on AMAZON.

I had my machine serviced here and the service was fairly quick. I'm slightly annoyed because they seem to have kept my spool of thread, but it's not a huge issue. I would have like to be able to discuss my machine with the gentleman who provided the maintenance, and I thought that I may get some feedback on the small concern I came in with but unfortunately not. I'm unsure whether I will have the rest of my machines serviced here.
First visit today, we'll be back :-) Not only a really nice selection of fabrics, patterns, and notions, but they also service machines. Friendly, helpful staff from greeting us to checkout, thank you!
During lockdown 2020, I was able to order the fabric I fell in love with during a live video and the batting too. Shipped to me in a rural area and I could not be happier. Lovely lovely store. Will definitely continue to order from and support this business!
