It's a lovely store. I find some of their products a bit expensive but they have amazing coupons and sales! The employees have always been extremely friendly and helpful. It's always an interesting shopping experience, with a wide variety of choices.

Very friendly location. There is so much to choose from. Some excellent deals to be found. However, like all Michael's locations, sometimes their pricing is just too high. Having said that from slime to beads to paint to fondant, its anyone stop shop for creativity. Awesome for \do it yourself\ proms, weddings, festivals, seasonal celebrations. A great store for people of all ages. The best source for custom framing, hands down.
I would thank that lady that helped my mother chose the perfect frames for pictures of my father who passed away in April. She spent a lot of time with my mother, gave her many options and advice and we could not have asked for better service. Thank you to Michael's in Brockville for helping out a senior who had a difficult task to find the perfect frames for her loved one.
This is a nice michaels, a very nice clean bathrroom, easy to get help and find products, always some good sales
