It is so refreshing to enter a business and be greeted and served by kind, courteous and attentive staff. This is what I found at Great Waterway Hearing. My appointment was with Tommy, who dropped off and picked up forms that I needed and subsequently delivered my hearing aids to my home. He takes customer care to a whole new level.
