They installed finished in place red oak floors in my master bedroom to match the rest of the flooring in my house. Despite giving them the original stain, the flooring colour did not match, the floor was not level with my existing hall floor, there were dark stain marks throughout the floor, and I even have hair finished right into the floor in places. When I asked about the stain not being dark enough, they said “it will darken down” (which it hasn’t in over 2 years) and when I called to ask someone to come see about my concerns when it was done, no one returned my calls or followed up.
