Thank you, Cindy and staff at pt Health Bright's Grove Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre. Since January 2020, the twice weekly physio and acupuncture treatments have helped me regain my mobility. The personalized at home exercises help strengthen and give me more flexibility. Since January I have made steady progress. I plan to reach my goals and enjoy a more active, pain free lifestyle.
