They have moved to a few stores down on the same street! So I'm the husband of the bride to be. Somehow I got dragged along wedding shopping. Let me tell you, every other shop I went to (we went to over 10 others all over Ontario) was a nightmare, terrible service, snooty, condescending at times and overpriced. I hated it! But when we stopped here, the two women (and the amazing seamstress) that run the place are super fantastic! We had it narrowed down to two amazing choices within 45 minutes and they brought in the tailor next day to help us and had it tailored (huge tailoring job) same day! They are nothing short of miracle workers and I love them! If you're looking for a fantastic selection and amazing service with awesome prices! Drive 2 hours of you have to, it will be worth it!

I couldn't brag enough about how well these ladies have treated my daughter's. They were a amazing. Not only when we spent big money at prom. My 8year old got red carpet treatment for an inexpensive first communion dress aswell. I'm not an easy please and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I took my daughter to Bridals dream for a grade 8 grad dress and had a wonderful experience. They treated my daughter like a princess. They asked her her likes and dislikes and made sensible suggestions that worked for her. The whole time Dad relaxed in his chair and watched the ladies work their magic. I plan to take her back to Bridals dream any time we need that special dress. Thanks Jocelyne & Nicole.
I give this store a 1-10 in experience, quality and most of all customer service. I'd just like to inform everyone about how horrific this bridal shop and one of it's employees have made my prom shopping experience.I am a bigger built girl. I love my body and I am not ashamed of any of my curves or my broad shoulders, finding a prom dress that flatters my body has been difficult, but i am determined that i will find that special dress. I had put a down deposit on a prom dress which i had decided was \the one\ after a long day of prom dress shopping 3 months before my prom. A month later i had gone back to the store to purchase this dress in whole and bring it home. I was having mixed feeling about the dress and wanted to make sure this dress was \the one\ as i experienced months before, so I decided it was in my best interest to try on a couple more dresses just in case. As i was trying on a strapless dress that zipped up at the side, it was obvious that the dress wasn't going to fit. This is when our assistant Nicole was terrible rude and started making remarks about my weight and how if i was 5 pounds lighter i could fit into this dress. She made more rude remarks about my eating habits and how it effected the way i was to fit in this dress that was most likely just a size too small for my body. After walking out of the store in tears and disbelief, i feel the need to share this horrible experience with everyone and warn them that their staff is very unprofessional and their dresses aren't even that nice. SO in conclusion you should save you time, money and self esteem and GO ANYWHERE ELSE than this store. Thanks.
We were delighted with the care that Jocelyn took in helping my daughter choose her prom dress. She clearly wants the best for her customers, and we will definitely return for other special occasions.
