There is a huge selection of dresses. I wasn't sure what I wanted, so I tried on lots of different dresses before I found the one. The prices are discounted and more affordable than other bridal shops that I had visited. When I found THE dress, Kim was helpful in the alteration process to make it my own. I had pockets added, which came in handy on the day. I was able to hold tissues and my mask AND had a place to put my hands during photos. The staff there were great, they were patient and I really felt they wanted me to look my best on the big day. So happy I went to Bridal & Fashion Group Outlet.

My experience with Kim was amazing, she is extremely patient, and knowledgeable. I am very happy with my wedding dress, and also the Chinese traditional clothes we rent from there.
This place is amazing! I found my dress in 15 minutes! The women at the shop were so nice and helpful! As a nervous shopper, I 100% recommend this place!
I found the dress! Although there are an overwhelming inventory of dresses here, I was able to find my dress on the first fitting! There were surprisingly a lot of modern gowns there, which I did not expect! Thank you to Elaine and Kim for their amazing help! Very professional and seem to know their stuff! I am looking forward to our future alterations :).
Nice dresses, I found my dress here, but unfortunately the customer service wasn't great. When I went back for alteration/ fitting appointments, both times they \forgot\ or were \too busy\ to have my dress ready and I ended up waiting over an hour both times while they drove and picked it up. This is in spite of me having booked appointments. They were really apologetic about it but kept telling me it was because they had a busy morning/ the seamstresses didn't want to work/ the seamstresses would rather earn CERB, even though they had readily agreed to do the alterations when I had booked it and had promised it would be ready on time. The alterations ended up being rushed and not well done and I will likely have to get it redone elsewhere. If you get a dress here, I recommend phoning ahead to make sure they remember to do the alterations and have it ready on time for you.
