Bridal Couture was my very first shoppe/ first time trying on wedding dresses and all I have to say is WOW. I am truly amazed by their professionalism, the selection, and just the overall experience. I’ve been to other shoppes now and I can honestly say that Bridal Couture was hands down the best place yet!!! Sam and Alex made me feel super comfortable and literally made me feel like a princess, and they do it so flawlessly. This place is genuine, friendly, and overall they have an amazing vibe. Thanks ladies for making my day so special. Xo

My daughter and I came to bridal couture to purchase her wedding dress. I could not have had a better experience! Debbie was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The dress selection was perfect. The shop is beautifully decorated and very clean. This is hands down the best bridal shop in the city. Definitely make an appointment!

Issues with bridesmaids dresses All 5 of my bridesmaids purchased their dresses from Bridal Couture. Again- their selection is beautiful- even for bridesmaids dresses! Their selection of colour was fantastic, if they didn't have the colour in, they could order it. The issues with Bridal Couture is not how lovely their dresses are or how beautiful the store is, it's the lack of knowledge and good customer service skills. First, they ordered the wrong size for one of my bridesmaids. One consultant measured her, and said she was a size 0. My bridesmaid said there was no way she was a size 0, and that she didn't want that size to be ordered. When we received the dress it was a size 0 and they said there wasn't anything for them to do, resulting in my bridesmaid having to spend extra money for alterations to take the dress out. Her hook and eye also fell out. The bridesmaid that Bridal Couture is speaking about in their comment below is NOT the bridesmaid I am referring to. Yes, one bridesmaid did order her dress a size smaller against their recommendation- but that is not the bridesmaid I am referring to. Another bridesmaids dress had also had to undergo alterations, however each time she went, the zipper broke and they implied that it was because she had gained weight. The reason was that the zipper was poor quality, so it needed to be replaced twice. On the day of the wedding we struggled a bit with the third zipper, and I also noticed a large pull in the fabric on the back of her dress.
