They really do care.... The whole appointment I felt genuinely that my consultant and the other staff in the store did care, we genuine and not pushy at all. It was the second bridal store I went shopping at and wish it was my first as the first shop (won't name names, had like no samples in my size to try) I was a little overwhelmed walking into the shop because I expected it to be like my first experience but the boutique is beautiful and their selection is amazing. I was worried as I am not a small sample size if there would be anything to fit me and I was quickly reassured they had many options for me. Once I showed the consultant some photos of what I liked she gave me tonnes of great options and once I started trying dresses she kept asking me to explain what I liked and didn't like and from that she brought me way more options. My wedding is a bit away so I didn't purchase yet but I plan on doing so from them as I have many favourites and plan on going back with some more bridesmaids (due to covid there are not many guests allowed which is completely understandable). Thank you ladies of Bridal Boutique you made my day!

I am honestly shocked at all the positive reviews. This was my first time ever going dress shopping, and it was sadly a very negative experience. I didn't get the name of the consultant who \helped\ me, but it was very disappointing. I was asked a few details about what I'm looking for and my budget (although I was brought dresses that were over my budget and pushed to try them on, despite me saying it was too much), and wasn't asked when my wedding was until the appointment was more than half over! When I did mention my date, I was told that it would be very tight for time and needed to order something ASAP if I wanted to have it in and altered by my wedding. Given this was my first time ever trying on a wedding dress, that really stressed me out! What if I had fallen in love with a dress, only to be told they couldn't even get it in on time? They had said to let them know if I needed help putting on the dresses, except when I did need help, the consultant was nowhere to be found. I understand they take a hands off approach as not every bride wants someone helping them change, but I was worried about damaging the dresses, and my maid of honour had to help me in and out of the dresses each time. I truly felt the consultant did not listen to my feedback that I gave each time I tried a new dress on, and all they really did was put the clips on to see how it fit. I walked away feeling very disappointed that my first time EVER going wedding dress shopping was met with such poor customer service. I'm glad to see other brides have had much more positive experiences, I'm just upset I was not treated with the same respect.
Just went here with my Friend to see her wedding dress. This store is firstly gorgeous and a hidden gem in Brantford. If you are local I would highly suggest checking this place out before you go out of town. I've been in 4 different bridal parties in the past few years so I have been to many bridal stores and I was so happy that this store is in our community and run by some great women ( and if I understand correctly family run).I spoke with the owner a bit and she said they have been in business for about 15 years. They made my friend feel beautiful and helped her find her dream dress! We will be purchasing our bridesmaids dresses here also and excited to visit them again! When I get engaged this will be my first stop!
I am a maid-of-honour in my friend's wedding and I have to say we went to quite a few bridal stores in her search for a dress and this place went way above and beyond what we expected. We were in for a nice surprise when we came in for our appointment. The whole staff is friendly, and they really seem to know what they are doing and talking about. My friend found her dream dress there, in the budget she wanted to spend and the consultant really did an amazing job bringing her the right options, giving her lots of information on each dress and making suggestions but not being pushy. The bride is generally a very quiet person and has a hard time expressing what she really wanted but the consultant kept asking the right questions to get her to really open up. It was really wonderful to watch. She really listened. They have so many dresses in all different styles/price points but what made the experience better then anything was their service. We plan to purchase our bridesmaids dresses from them as well. I would highly recommend this boutique to anyone shopping Bridal!
Had an amazing experience here! In fact I went a second time and purchased my wedding dress here! I showed them a picture of a style that I wanted and they brought me tons to chose from! The lady was right outside the fitting room the entire time to pin me, and was so helpful with giving me ideas of how the dress can be changed with pieces that I did not like. They allowed me to put a down payment on the dress to make purchasing easier over time. My dress should be coming in for December! I will keep my review updated to reflect the rest of this journey!
