I bought a BMW X1 M Sport from this dealership. Their customer service was remarkable from the time I stepped into the store to the time I drove off with the car. Christina is an amazing sales person who is very knowledgeable and honest. It was my first time buying a BMW, and Christina gave me a detailed tour of the car. She also managed to get a good deal for my trade in. This is probably my first time going to a dealership and the sales department was not pushy. Also, Scott was friendly, professional, trustworthy and guided me through the financial sector. Overall, their customer service is above and beyond and I would recommend to buy your vehicle from here. I look forward to buying more cars in the future at this dealership.

Francis has done an amazing job helping us with everything, from purchasing a vehicle to the services we’ve had to do, he’s been our go to. He made the process of trading in our car super easy and constantly checked in on us throughout the whole thing. We recently had to bring in our vehicle cos of a light malfunction, and again, Francis was there to assist us. He’s always kept to his words from the beginning and we truly appreciate that.
