Over 10 years ago, I was gifted a beautiful belt and buckle from Brave Leather that was iconic. I only wore the belt with particular jeans and boots and for special occaisions. Whenever I had that belt on, people always commented on it uniqueness and I loved it. On November of 2018, I was involved in a motorcycle accident in the state of Florida and when the EMT arrived, besides cutting my pants off they had to cut my belt. When the nurses returned my stuff after a week of being sedated, I saw my belt and was devastated. I contacted Brave Leather to inquire if they may per chance still have this belt and buckle hidden somewhere, and Scott Irvine responded by telling me they didnt, but offered to replace the belt. I received my belt and I'm the happiest and grateful that I can still wear this belt. I wasn't expecting Scott to do such a thing for me. Fantastic man and company. The staff as well that contacted me were beautifully friendly.
Recently purchased a bag for my wife's 40th b-day. Very high quality products that feels heavy and durable. I spent quite a bit of time looking for something nice for her 40th and was not disappointed with my online purchase. It was locally hand made to order so you know you are getting something special and not an overestimated, mass produced subpar product. Glad to support local!
Loved the belt I purchased for my husband but within 6 months of purchase the buckle continuously would open while being worn. We tried working with the company for over 4 months to get a new buckle that would not cause this to happen and never received a buckle with all the hardware to install since we do not live in Toronto to have it fixed by the company. Unfortunately this statement from their site was not true in our case. \OUR LIFETIME GUARANTEE: At BRAVE we will also repair any minor damage at no charge as long as you own the product.
