A lovely lady fromReliance showed up to show me the options available.for a new furnace and ac. She was fast friendly and professional.She was NOT pushy or aggressive. She went over all the options .. and price points answered all my questions and even wrote out all the math so I could see it on paper .. not a quick flash on her computer screen . She made me feel so much more relaxed about such a big decision. And Saturday the next morning the guys came over bright and early and did the install they were polite super neat and tidy and quick. I have all good feels about the whole transaction !

Amazing team! Setting up an appointment was a breeze. Erik showed up on time, very professional and fast. He explained clearly how to use the new softener and how to maintain it. I would definitely use their services again!

We called Reliance to get a new Furnace because ours was old and broke down. We told them we had kids and no heat. It's currently the middle of January. Their sales guy (Jamie) came out the same day. He even brought us a free space heater to help keep us warm until he could get a tech out. He was so nice, professional and informative. We ended up getting a bundle to upgrade some other things, which we also got a deal on. They were able to get an install team out the next day but due to other circumstances we chose the day after. The install team was friendly, fast and also informative. They even brought their own carpet to throw down to keep our floors clean while they were coming in and out. They helped us set up the app and made sure we knew what everything did before they left. Reliance has been amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. It was a great experience. Most big companies don't care about their clients these days, they only care about the profit. Reliance is responsive, fast and friendly. They really show they care.

Whatever you do, DO NOT rent a heat pump from Reliance. We have now been without heat for two weeks (in some of the coldest weather we’ve had this year) with no end in sight. The technicians that have been sent to our house clearly have no experience with heat pumps as I saw firsthand when they tried to push and pull on things they should not be pushing or pulling on, and when they ordered the wrong part for the unit not only once, but twice, thinking the first replacement part they sent us was faulty. So far all they’ve done is give a weak apology, a measly 50 off and a helpful suggestion from a technician to “make a pot roast” to warm up our house. They also complained about the lack of light where the outside unit is located and told me to try to book a daytime appointment next time, as if my heat being broken was not an urgent issue. Never mind the fact that the appointment was scheduled between 1-6 p.m. and that there would have been enough daylight had he not been running behind in the first place.

Two HUGE thumbs up to Reliance for our service call last week. I awoke to a broken furnace and a freezing cold house. Brad, team number 111257, arrived within 2 hours of my call and fixed my furnace! He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He answered all my questions and was an extreme pleasure to have work in my house. Great work from a great organization! I'd call again. 5 Stars.
