This was my first time eating at Red Lobster and I fully enjoyed myself. Our waitress was amazing! The food looked good, and tasted even better. I highly recommend the Lobster Bisque. The only thing that I can think of as a negative, would be the washrooms. They could use a renovation, as it seemed old and...well-used.
They went over and above with our order had two separate orders and they made our meals fantastic and the food was hot and ready thanks for a wonderful experience

Great knowledge of the menu and customer satisfaction. Ordered the seaport Lobster and shrimp and the seaside Shrimp Trio. Both were well prepared and tasted excellent. Always good service here. Due to an anniversary, and extra treat was provided. Much thanks to the establishment for this.
We preordered the ultimate family feast for our valentines dinner curbside pick up and prepaid. We understood that it may be a little busy during the dinner rush however, it ended up being over an hour wait sitting in our car that was running in the cold winter and with our dog in the back. The lobster was so dry and terrible, along with the cold breaded shrimp. The crab and garlic shrimp were good. We were never told that we would be waiting this long or we would have showed up later or made other arrangements. We weren’t offered a chance to cancel the order and get our money back would have been nice, or an apology. It really ruined our night. We usually love Red Lobster but don’t think we will ever go back after this.
We order online and get the curbside. Good portions. Delicious food. My only complaint is sometimes the baked potatoes and garden salad are not available. No idea why Very!? Very disappointing.
