The manager is so nice and accommodating. She now knows me and my girlfriends by name and always makes room for us. Hit and miss at times with the nail techs but all and all great service.

I’ve been to 5 different nail salons in Brantford trying to find one I really like and OPI Nails is by far my favourite. I get UV gel nails and they’re the best I’ve tried. I think I’ll be making this my regular salon. The artist was so friendly and kind and made sure I was okay with the quality of work the entire time she was doing my nails and she took her time. When I asked for a few adjustments, she happily did them - which is something I can’t say for some other places. The shape is beautiful, the quality of the gel and how well it was done is excellent. The colour is gorgeous. The actual salon is really nice and clean as well and the tools used aren’t worn out and gross - another thing I can’t say for some other salons. Again, this will probably me my regular salon as long as I’m living around Brantford!

Clean and quick service. The only complaint I have is that the staff are not overly chatty which can be a plus for some, but sometimes it's nice to get to chat a bit while getting your nails done
