After Nova Doors repaired my garage door a couple months ago, the door broke again. I called multiple times to ask them to come check and I was told multiple times that the technician would call me. I told them the door was stuck open half way so it's a security concern when we go to work. No one ever called. After 5 days I had to call another company who came the same day.

My wife and I were in the market for new garage doors and decided to get prices from various companies. We called around and received a couple quotes in town before my wife spoke with our neighbors and they said to use nova doors. We called them and booked our on-site estimate. Shawn came out the next day to measure our doors and sat with us to discuss our options. He actually listened to what we wanted and put together a great package that was within our price range. We Booked them for our install and their technicians had our new doors installed in about a week. They were extremely professional from start to finish and even put together a closing package for us just in case we needed any warranty work or service in the future. We are in the process of flipping a home in Brantford. We needed a garage door replaced quickly and when we called Nova they came out right away and gave us a quote. Shawn replaced the on the date set and was very professional on site as well as the secretary on the phone. The opener we ordered was back ordered BUT was pleasantly surprised to hear Shawn say we got a upgrade at no cost to us.
