I started going to Kneaded Care a year ago and have never looked back! To start off with, their online booking system makes it so easy to book all of your appointments at once or on a individual basis . Once you arrive there, the front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming, your massage therapist listens attentively to the issues and focuses the massage based on your feedback and takes cues from you - eg. talk during the massage or just quiet, again very friendly, professional and they truly care. My previous experience with physiotherapists had left me with some skepticism but I needed help to get walking again without pain. My experience with Kneaded Care was all positive and successful. Very professional operation. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
I absolutely love my registered massage therapy and physiotherapy appointments at Kneaded Care. Meghan is the first RMT I've ever had who actually gives my back exactly what I need. She listens to feedback, and is very knowledgeable when providing some advice. If you're looking for a deep tissue massage, Meghan is the very best! I go to physiotherapy with Kevin, who is a complete joy. He is easy going, personable, and has solved some issues for me with only a few visits. He's been a huge help when transitioning my body back to regular yoga classes. I'm so glad I found these two health care providers and can't wait for my next visit. So grateful for KC.
I can't speak highly enough about Adam. He literally goes out of his way for you. He goes above and beyond expectations and truly cares about his patients. The staff are also very friendly and always helpful.
I've attended for both massage and physiotherapy. The staff are pleasant and informative. All the paper work is completed by them if going through a benefit package.
