I like nothing about your store!!! I purchased a Pandora Bracelet as a Christmas Gift, but sadly the bracelet is too small for her wrist & your staff won't allow me to exchange it to buy a larger size. How can you sell a Product & not be affiliated with the Company that makes it as I was told by your staff. I saw on my sales slip the bracelet was on sale ( I had no idea) I purchased it over the phone speaking with Yvette. I was not looking for a sale item, just a Christmas Gift. I trusted your sales lady to help me make the right purchase as I was not able to come to the store in person. The following is from an email I received when I contacted your store: While we did, in past, carry a charm range under the Emma and Roe branding, which is compatible to the Pandora range (and why I wanted to clarify which it was you were after), Michael Hill are not affiliated with Pandora as a company. This does mean unfortunately we cannot assist with your request for an exchange, and you will need to contact the Pandora customer service branch directly, as they are an entirely different company to us.

I'm sorry to read there are customers who don't seem too happy. I have had nothing but great experiences from everyone. I have been going there for years, purchased many Pandora charms, bracelets and had some custom jewelry made. They are always kind and do a great job. Thanks

When you’re addressing a couple about a woman’s ring, it’s best to talk to the person who actually wears the ring. I don’t appreciate being “shh’ed” when I am trying to talk about an issue I am having. I have never been so insulted. I stormed out and have never been back.
I recently moved to this area and am so grateful a friend recommended I try Young & Sons to get my engagement ring repaired here. It’s now better and more secure than it was when my husband bought it from Birks. The quantity of workmanship and sincerity in their customer service approach is second to none. I will absolutely be back to this store to explore their beautiful selection of jewelry for myself and gifts for others. This is a wonderfully family run establishment going on 120 years of being in business. I seldom write reviews, but I’m too happy with the service I had to not take the time to share.
