Excellent service and workmanship. These folks replaced my haptic engine in my iPhone. I’ve been using the phone for a few months now and it works perfectly, glad I didn’t get sucked into replacing my phone by Apple. There should be a law against companies taking advantage of consumers by forcing them to replace their defective products. Good that places like CPR can help out consumers and the environment!

I have mainly used C.P.R. for my D.J.I. Phantom 4/P4Pro drones and they have treated me more than fairly. Twice they fixed my drones without charging me because the issues I had were mostly software problems they diagnosed and fixed. The other times were done reasonably and fairly quickly. Don't pass these guys off as just cell phone guys. They know their stuff and I will be back for all my repairs. They fixed my cell phones too while I waited. That is the best option when you need your phone back right away. They are very competent.

I had used CPR repair last night for the first time....and they were OUTSTANDING! A portion of My power cable was stuck inside my power port and I was not able to charge my phone - I called CPR repair and spoke to an absolutely lovely lady who told me come by, that she would make no promises other than to help if she could. I arrived , was greeted with a warm welcome and they took the phone right away! They were able to dislodge the cable part and to my surprise did not charge me a cent and wished me a Merry Christmas ! This type of service happens so infrequently that I had to share!The fact that This small business during COVID is working hard to just survive I just can’t believe their kindness! I will do my best to pay the kindness forward , thank you to everyone at the CPR Team!
