Devon and the staff at Creasy's Hot Tubs have been fantastic to work with. This is an excellent local business that will treat you like one of the family. The have gone above and beyond to help us with all the service needs of our hot tub. Their service department is very knowledgeable and always professional. If you are unsure of which hot tub to buy, the customer service with Creasy's should make the decision easy. We will definitely buy our next tub from this company!

Devin and staff have been amazing to work with over the years. We've been scouting hot tubs for a few years, and never felt pressured to purchase. He was extremely patient with our indecision and questions. He would respond to emails and calls in a timely manner. When we found our previously owned, Creasy's Jacuzzi from an independent seller, (because they bought a bigger Jacuzzi from Creasy's) they offered up help with the transfer of ownership, remaining warranty, and was quick to send over man power to help relocate the tub. Most impressive of all, is their reputation. I know many people who have purchased from them and yes, their family owned business has a well deserved, wonderful reputation.
