I went to this location 3-4 times. All these times I was served by a very professional and helpful girl named \Madhu\. She went over and beyond to help me and answer all my questions regarding my rental. Definitely a 5 star service for me. I was very pleased with the service they provided.

It was a mistake choosing uhaul to service my vehicle. I should have just done it at toyota. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE. Hitch was installed at this location. They dont care/respect your vehicle. Technician removed the bumper facia and whole lots of clips and screws. It took him 2 hours to install it and i did not mind waiting. My mistake was i did not inspect the quality of work after the install. When i got home and i started to worry about the install. I checked and found out lots of screws and clips are missing I have to book my vehicle at toyota to have it fixed and checked for safety. My advise is just buy the part and have it installed by a professional tech. Uhaul should have competent/professional technicians.

Lol no wonder this location has less than 3 stars on google they dont even deserve 3 to be honest. Bad attitude from employees inside the office, guys outside were nice(2 stars because of them otherwise only 1 star). After hours return was horrible, instructions page for return was not helpful, had wrong website listed for return process. Finding key drop spot was another struggle, no proper signage. I have rented over 15-20 times from different locations, this one was the worst of all. I would highly recommend to stay away from them rather drive farther to a different location.

Rented a cargo van on a snowy day, was surprised when I hit the highway and there was no washer fluid. Had to stop 5 times to clean windshield.Came back to return, notified the guy who inspects and he was shocked as well. He advised me to go inside and raise this issue. Went inside and the customer service rep Gurleen was so rude and she was like Meh..u have to check washer fluid and everything. I was like WHATT .She offered me a 15 dollar discount as she did a huge favor to me and told me it was your duty to check. I walked out of the store wirh a blank face and thoughts what if I had hit anyone with that poor visibility and uHaul must have blamed me, and police as well.

The customer service inside the shop was very poor. The girl dealing with us was very easily distracted. Taking other customer calls while attending to us. The only reason I'm giving a 1 instead of a 0 is because of the 2 black employees outside who were very pleasant and helpful.
