Loved the staff and helped us get what we wanted. I'd recommend visit the store and meet with Ivan. I think that Tuxedo Royale does a great job helping you get what you want. Book in advance so you don't have to wait.
I rented my wedding tuxedo from here and it was stunning. The next day when I returned my tux I end up buying a suit in the same color and a additional black suit. Today I went back and purchased 2 more suits. Ask for Mo world class salesmen.
I rented a suit here for a family event and I loved the quality! Everything I ordered fit me perfectly without any alterations. My dad also bought his suit (instead of renting) and he just loves it so much, he hesitates taking off the blazer!!! Thank you Tuxedo Royale for the amazing service, will be coming back soon
Terrible experience! Do NOT order anything from them. We needed four ties and placed the order. Ivan didn’t place it and forgot. We had to call and remind him. When they finally arrived, they were the wrong colour.
Worst place to deal with. Ivan was the only reasonable one there. The staff were horrible and lied a lot. No customer service was displayed. I ordered my tux in March 2029 and up till now they did not order it or have it. I was calling every week since the beginning of August and they indicated they will call me when it comes in.they never did. I went in this morning and because I was fighting for my rights they told me never to come back in the store. I had a 100.00 deposit and she told me I can't get it back. She was very rude and showed no remossed. She actually swear at me because there were no other customer in the store. Please do not deposit any money for purchases.because you have 10 days no refund even though you have wait 5 months for you to get or not get your merchandise. Imagine. My daughter wedding is on the 14th of September and she wants to give it on the 15th of September. She really has a very high IQ. I guess that explains the customer service.
Tuxedos fit was excellent! Ivan and the rest of the staff were very kind and courteous. Will recommend to other people.
The delay is really bad!!! They are kind when you are in the store, but but as soon as you leave and you ask them to keep you updated on your order they never call!!! My wedding is in 2 weeks and these guys haven’t called me to pick up my son’s suit. Ridiculous. I will never shop here. (If you are shopping there make sure you do not have them order you anything online)
