Prices are inflated. Due to a lack of a response, I filed a complaint with Ontario’s Ministry of Government and Consumer Services, for price gouging during the COVID-19 emergency. In addition, product was defective.

Their courier was the most rude and aggressive courier I have ever seen. I work at the reception and get deliveries from various companies, and I have never had problems with them. Today, The Stevens Company courier delivered multiple boxes to my office. When I tried to check the recipient name on the boxes, he refused saying that he cannot wait and needs to go. So he just unloaded them right in the middle of the hallway. When I showed him where they should be unloaded, he pushed me with 3 delivered boxes, so I fell right on the box that I was moving to make a space for this delivery. It felt as he did it on purpose as he was acting very hateful and irritated. If he was in rush to go to other customers, that is his scheduling issue and is not my fault. I am not there to absorb his hateful attitude. We all have job to do and clearly, the Stevens Company courier didn’t care about it and showed a complete disrespect to it. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Purchased an item for my shop in which the sales associate assured me would be approved by Toronto public health. Was not approved so sent the item back the next day as per their instructions. Called them numerous times over 5 weeks and they couldn't locate the item. Once I gave them the tracking number the item suddenly appeared but was missing a piece of paper so they would only refund me 65% of the purchase price. Shady company - would advise going ANYWHERE else
