Your better of buying a pack of rat traps and setting them around your home to keep away the intruders. These clowns call me 3 days after my alarm system goes down at 4am to tell me my alarm isn't in working order. Again the sticky rat traps work just as will as the snapping cages ones.

I do not know about the experience of the customers who wrote bad reviews here, but I'm a client of Smart4u for last 6 years. My experience with Smart4u has been an excellent one up till now. Whenever, I have an issue with the system or Cameras, They are just an email or text away. They set up an appointment and send out a technician within 48 hours to fix the issue. Sometimes, They do it on the same day. I have recommended their service to almost 13 people including some family members. All of them are very satisfied with the service. no Complaints!
