PetSmart is probably the best retail operation I deal with. Staff is always helpful and the stores are usually well stocked (the pandemic and customer hoarding have sometimes created issues this year). In store shopping is great, and curbside pickup is hassle free - much better than with other retailers. I actually like this store (Orions Gate) better than my usual PetSmart, bcs there is much more parking, and the store being at the corner of the building means much less foot traffic from other stores, so fewer hassles.

Love the cashiers at this location. They are really polite and tell you about deals and promos. What I am not a fan of is the fact that they are almost always out of stock whenever items go on sale for cats and kittens. Other locations always have plenty of stock, it's only this location. Also, I find that there are a lack of employees available to help shoppers.
After having a traumatic experience buying a hammy the very dingey Petopets in mississauga and it dying within 6 days, I had a very pleasant experience buying two guinea pigs here. the staff were very knowledgable and i was really impressed by their COVID19 precautions in place in regards to their animals. They informed me that every pet is quarantined for 14 days and customer handling is not allowed as some pets can contract the virus. Its really reassuring that their animals are regularly vet checked. Thank you so much I love my piggies!
Awesome location! Free parking, right off the highway, tons of other businesses to help u get whatever u need. Staff are great here. Nicholas specifically helped us out last and knew a lot about reptile/bug feed. We also noticed that dog training lessons have started. Great to see everyone getting back to a sense of normality & doing it safely.
Had the most terrible experience at this location. Incompetent grooming, with staff unable to problem solve. Gave my dog a partial shave (clean shave at that!) and sent her home in that horrible condition, saying I bring her back when her manager was present. Did not even have the decency to brushoff partially cut hair. On our drive back home, she was so terrified and stressed she curled up in the car and slept, which is very unusual as she is very active. Will not be taking her back there as they treated my dog like vermin! I feel sick to my stomach just looking at her all dull and sad and will need to get this corrected some place else, immediately
