If I could give this company -1 stars I would. This company has absolutely 0 customer service, terrible communication and even worse integrity. I ordered tires about 5 weeks ago, I received the payment confirmation, and waited and waited for the shipping tracking email. After about 2 weeks of nothing, I called the company. They told me there was a problem with the shipping/billing address, the card address was different then the send to address. Like that is rocket science, I wanted them to send to a different location then my home address, and that was somehow a stump for them to get over. I called to clarify this, the guys assured me that I would be getting the shipping conf. within the next 24 hours. Another two weeks goes by and I message the live chat. They inform me of the shipping/billing address issue with no knowledge of my call prior, resolving this issue. Again, same thing the guy I spoke to assured me that its resolved and that I would be getting the shipping info within 24 hours. A week later and I message them again. This time to cancel my order because I am done waiting for them to get their s*** together and run their business -- The guy I spoke to told me that I would need to wait 48 hours to see if they will cancel my order. GUYS!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. You will likely wait forever for your order. There is no trust or integrity in this company and they are not a reliable site to hand 500.00 to. Maybe Ill get my money back, maybe not. I guess time will tell. Horrible site. Run for your lives with your money.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered front struts and bellows. One part came obviously used. It was filthy and had deep scratches and dents. I got the run around using their chat service. Nothing was offered except they will bring it up with escalation. Its obvious that parts avatar outsourced support overseas to a call center which handles multiple clients. They create the illusion of support. Will never use them again. Rather get parts from partsource. They will willingly deceive you and sell you used parts at full price.
I would definitely order more parts from parts Avatar again. This was my first time ordering parts from this company. I ordered three parts. Two of them were large and somewhat heavy exhaust system parts. They all arrived in a timely manner even with and the quality of the parts did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend Avatar parts to anyone looking for Quality Parts at a reasonable price.
Terrible after sales support. Received a defective part and I was asked to pay for shipping to return and to buy another one. The shipping in total would worth more than the part itself. Make no sense. I bought another part from another dealer. Never doing business again here. EDIT: THE PART ARRIVED BROKEN, it's not warranty claim as they insist to say. It was supposed to be a replacement
