I did Standard First Aid - BLS on Aug 18, 19 , 2020 with Terence Garcia. He said I would be able to retrieve my e-certificate online via Heart and Stroke website after 19th August. Website shows that I have completed the course, but it does not have new certificate. I tried to call and texted couple of times to Terence; he does not pick up the call and never replied my text. I even tried to call Nurse Education, no one replies. I am so disappointed as this is my second time doing CPR from this place. Now, I really don't know how to get my certificate. I need it to apply job asap. I do not recommend this place. Better go other institutes which will actually reply and give you good customer service.

Terry is amazing to be around. Lessons are very informative and cheap. I highly recommend you go here if you need to renew your RN license, update your CPR license and many more. Ask him about his friends and family CPR. He's very much involved in the community. Great initiative and even greater personality. Come swing by.
