The guys at northwest gas installed a boiler for in floor heating. They were very professional, clean and had it done in a timely manner. We had to have our water turned off which is sometimes difficult with two toddlers at home, but they worked efficiently to make sure everything was done correctly and we had our water up and running in no time! They kept to themselves and weren’t a nuisance to the home owners, working quietly and with no extra support from myself which was wonderful. They tidied everything up before they left as well. When they had to access the upstairs, they made sure to remove their boots and wore masks which was very comforting in the height of covid. Would highly recommend north west gas and will continue to use them in the future!

Was stuck without an AC unit in the middle of 45 degree temps last August when I moved into my new build home and Anthony and his team saved us. Aside from the thorough and smooth install experience they were extremely honest and professional, going above and beyond to ensure we were OK during a very stressful time. A few of our radiators on the main floor were not working. Another company had come out to assess the problem. After spending a considerable amount of time, the tech was not able to determine the issue. I then found North West Gas. Anthony came out and quickly assessed that a pump needed to be replaced. He was extremely knowledgeable, completed the task quickly and cleaned up! I highly recommend Anthony and his team.
I am very pleased with the service that Northwest Gas provides with our furnace and a/c. Northwest gas has been servicing our furnace for 2 years and makes sure everything is working and cleaned for every season. When a problem arose Anthony made sure it was fixed and travelled an hour 3 times in one week to make sure our issue was solved. Very professional, thorough with their work and very informative.
