It's really unfortunate that National Sports is going out of business! Great Canadian business servicing Canadians for years! As they are going out of business I decided to go in and purchase some product from them spending a large amount of money and was told it was Final sale. Which is fine. One item I picked up for another member of my family was the wrong size. I went back the next day not even 12 hours later and all I wanted to do was exchange it for the right size. No money being exchanged at all, I'm happy with the product. I just wanted the right size for the person I bought it for. They wouldn't change it for me. Yes, like I said earlier the sale was final but the store is full of stock and the size was large which is easy to resell. Very disappointing. The manager said to me if I do it for you I'd have to do it for everybody. There was one other person at the cash. And every person story is different. Again I just want to change the size! Maybe customer service is part of the reason they've gone out of business! PS I never write reviews or complain about anything. And I've worked in retail and know it is not that big of a deal to change the size. Very disappointing!!!

Went to get a baseball glove steamed for my son.. very friendly service. Only cost 10. Wide selection of sports equipment and merchandise. Even a clearance section. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
Excellent selection of young adult athletic shoes at a great price. Some discounted shoes (ending in .96) were an additional 20% off. The gentleman working at the adult shoes today was very helpful and good natured.
Did curbside pickup. Very quick and friendly.
