Nanak Flights is the best place to get your flight tickets done.. They are professional and responsive in their operations. They went over and beyond in helping me getting my emergency tickets booked during pandemic. No other agency was responding at the said time but Nanak Flights got my tickets done - not only promptly but also at a great price. I will not look for another travel agency in future.

Yes, service very good and price competitive. Additional travel info also supplied; especially Covid related. Kinjal excellent. * But I agree some with Niral Sarvayia below!( Read). About Refund n Voucher Policy of Major Airlines during pandemic! Eg: Air India, Air Canada .

I got a very responsive service from the day one I called Nanak Flights. I spoke with Mrujul C., one of their senior travel consultant, for all the information regarding the flights. She gave a very professional service. I was in conversation with her for 3 days before she booked the tickets for me. Overall, a very prompt, quick and honest service from her, especially during these post pandemic days.

DO NOT BOOK TICKETS FORM THEM\ I booked a Ticket for Air Canada through Afsana, Travel Agent with Nanak Flights, after a month I called Air Canada to Make sure if everything is ok with the flight, I found out from them that the flight was canceled and Nanak flights never notified me about it, on top of that they never mentioned my Email Address to Air Canada so I can't get direct updates from them. So considering this poor unprofessional service I decided to cancel my Ticket and one more reason was they did not offered any other options which would workout. Now As per Air Canada's website they are offering a full credit for all the canceled tickets and that is an Air Canada Travel voucher which can be transferred to anybody or can be used as a gift card with no expire date for the full value of the Ticket but here Nanak flights will not offer that to me as they want to keep their profits in their own pockets and do not want to help out customer with the Airlines policy, the Ticket that was booked was under a restricted undisclosed fare which an Air Canada customer service representative won't be able to find out how much they charged me, when looking at the Ticket cost it was very OVERCHARGED, the option that they offered me for ticket cancellation was their own Credit and which will expire in two years and that is not even a Credit, they are offering me same Ticket doesn't matter if the cost of the Ticket is lower you don't get the difference back but if the cost is higher you pay for the Difference which is completely shady policy. Moreover you cannot transfer that Ticket to someone or you cannot even change your destination of travel, so they will just trap you and your money plus over charge you as well. So personally I would say If someone wants to book an international travel ticket DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
