I work in the mall. Used to eat those on the daily. Havent had one in a year or so. The pretzels got super thin. They used to wheigh heavy but sadly it didnt meet my expectations

There were two girls working tonight. One was baking away and the other serving customers. They helped each other with the constant line up of 1-2 people. I ordered the original pretzel dipped in butter with salt. They gave me a fresh out of the oven pretzel and it was delicious and it only cost me 2.10. I will definitely go back and I strongly recommend it!

Their pretzels used to be thick and gooey now theyre thin, tiny, and dry

Warm, fresh and delicious pretzels. Staff are friendly however I wasn’t asked if I was interested in the pretzel program and missed out with an order we placed and was signed up after the fact.

Why do they make their pretzel so burnt and thin this is not right please find people who don’t make it burnt and thin please it taste like dry pretzel and doh would be great if their are new people who make the pretzel big and tastey

Stopped by and the pretzel wayyyyyyyy to burned and watt to dry and to skinny and think very unacceptable doesn’t taste pleasurable very upsetting
