Be careful with this place. There works a “lady” named Shabnum who is a thief. Takes deposits and keeps them no matter what. Be careful.

Horrible customer service. The ladies are rude and unless you are there to buy something expensive, they are super rude and act like they don't care. I had such good service at the Yorkdale location, and thought this would be comparable, but absolutely NOT! They have some great items, however they will not be getting my business. Pretty sad when the other stores in the mall offer superb service. These ladies need to get off their high horse and realize without customers, they would not have a job.

Went this morning to exchange my ring at this store. My husband got for me in February and he wanted to buy a larger one. Such wonderful customer service from the woman there. She helped us with no hassle at all.

About two years ago my husband bought my engagement ring from Michael Hill. A few months after we went back to get a wedding band to go with it. We were told that they do not currently have, and have never had a wedding band that fits that ring (I don't know what type of a place sells engagement rings, lables as engagement rings that cannot fit a wedding band). We ended up getting wedding band custom made. When wearing both together the ring was very tight. I have taken them a few places to be sized up half a size, I have been told they are unable to size my engagement ring due to it poor construction, and by sizing it I risk the whole setting breaking. Long story short I would NOT waste my money here, what looks like a good deal will cost you thousands in the end, and leave you with a ring you cannot wear.

My wife purchased Sterling Silver Bracelet for me.and it turned black like third class 5 cheap product. And store cant do nothing about it . Very poor customer service.

I have bought a few items from this store and they were just great pieces. The store has a nice layout and you can see the items they carry.they always have some sale going on. I mostly buy charms for my bracelet when they have their 60% off sale. I can get silver charms from 15 and up so I watch their emails. The staff is helpful, but because you never know when or how many people you might get it in at any given moment it seemed a bit understaffed. Overall I like shopping there and would recommend it.
