You guys just lost your review stars. Needed to pick up a couple of small parts. Typically I come in and get what I need. I do repairs that only require small amounts of parts. Apparently you can't do same day pickups anymore here. Which is a big issue because it takes me an hour to get here. Its not even on your website. How are people supposed to know? Just take my credit card and toss the parts out the door. What's the big deal? 2 stars because they did make an exception without too much grief. But there was a little grief.
