While the staff are professional and knowledgeable, clients should know that the customer service model here is like a car dealership: they will try to upsell you as much as possible 100% of the time with every transaction. This place is primarily a business, and not a doctor's office/health provider. Remember that. Unless your work gives you really great health benefits, or you just don't care about your money, ALWAYS ASK if there are ways to get what you want cheaper. In my experience, they'll try to sell me a bundle of products when what I need is just one item out of that bundle. Often it is available individually. Today they tried to sell me a 300 bundle, but I was able to get the one piece I needed out of it for 100 just by asking what was available. At the same time, certain models do go out of production from time to time, so if you replace a mask, the harness that supports that mask may be unavailable six months later, and you'll have to buy a whole new mask/harness combo if the harness breaks. This whole industry is really like Scylla and Charybdis.

The service provided was great and pleasant. Rashmi was great to deal with and very professional. She answered all my questions during my visit and took her time to explain and ensure I was happy with my machine and accessories. She will be my go to person as I know i can trust her with any issues (if any) or questions i may have. On another note.... never had a better sleep since I started and already feel the changes in my daily routines. Thanks again everyone and stay safe!
I had an appointment and went there for a reviewing and picking up a CPAP machine..Alexandra Payne is just awesome ! Truly 5 star knowledge and matter of fact guidance. No pressure at all and she lays out all options with clarity and helped me make my decision. Alexandra explains every detail candidly and answered my questions and concerns..I have no hesitation in recommending this place and the service from Alexandra is 5 star ..Keep up the good work !
I am writing this review for Rashmi at the Front Desk. She is very professional and polite. Always welcoming and willing to help the patients. I bought a CPAP machine a year ago and recently visited this year a few times. She accomodated my requests and I had some issue with my mask and CPAP machine data. She helped me with my mask issues and made sure everything works fine before I leave. I would recommend her services and appreciate great work she has been doing.
The service at Medigas Brampton location is above and beyond the normal. I have the pleasure of dealing with Alexandra Payne on my last visit and she take the time to make sure I get the supply that best meet my needs. Generally the staff at this location is very courteous and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this location.
