Came in to get a few parts for my snowblower, Jason helped me... Very pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable in the parts I required. Shared a few laughs as Jason was able to recognize me, as I have a medical exemption for wearing masks as they are harmful to me. I want to say thank you so much for the compassion, understanding, and great service! I reccomend this place to anyone and everyone for your small engine repair needs!

*** WARNING*** Believe all the negative reviews! Completely incompetent. Was sent here by Ridgid customer service to get an impact driver repaired. They epaired the product\... I got it back in worse condition then when I delivered it. Was advised it would take 2 weeks to repair. I called multiple times for updates, ended up taking 6 weeks simply because their \customer service\ staff didn't take care of the warranty claim in a timely manner. See pictures, when they gave me the driver back, the casing was not properly re-assembled, the LED lights on the front did not work, and the excessive bit wobble was no better. Staff were inconsiderate and incompetent. Have complained to Ridgid, Milwaukee, and TTI contacts as they should definitely not be an authorized service centre.

I had a great experience with this small engine shop ,went in to buy my first snow blower was great ,I read the reviews before going in anywhere but there is more good ones then bad on here so I said I’ll give it a try The staff is knowledgeable and clean and professional and very kind , helpful too Try going here to get looked at or get your gear for winter or spring they have everything you need , a lot of shops will get you to spend xxx amount of money and over charge you but this place won’t . Straight to the point kinda people :)

Very bad service, the owner is always in a rush and wants to get rid of you if you are not buying or repairing from him. Also charges ridiculous high labour charge 70 an hr and 85 for pickup & delivery of your machine if you can't bring. He will never give any free advice or suggestion. Avoid them at all cost.

I will not deal with this company again. The good: They did get the parts I ordered In early August. The bad: The service was unfriendly, and I did not receive a call to pick up the parts when they arrived. The ugly: After inquiring unsuccessfully on the phone two months later, I finally went there at the end of October to inquire in person about the status of the parts. The gent at the counter looked it up and told me they had called but my number had been out of service when they tried. I got the impression that that was their standard answer when they forget to call. My phone number was never out of service, but I did not see any sense in arguing and prolonging such an unfriendly encounter..
