It's average, a bit pricey but the machines are clean and well maintained (for the most part). It's right next to an auto repair shop (so if you need your car fix, you can do your laundry while waiting...two birds, one stone ) there's some eateries and convenience store nearby as well. Owner is on premises cleaning and disinfecting the place during the pandemic, I haven't seen anyone else doing it, but luckily most people that comes in take it upon themselves to disinfect the areas they use. Overall, it's alright. There might be better place in the area to do laundry that I haven't tried.

Been coming here for 20 years! They have a variety of machines. From regular sized to ginormous washers. The price is fair and they usually give free soap during weekdays. The dryers are fast and inexpensive. The space is big and as long as you choose your time wisely, there’s never a problem folding your stuff on the available tables. Washroom is available for customers and they have a service at the front to do the laundry for you.
My daughter needed to wash her winter ️ comforter and bedsheets so we decided to go to the laundry mat for the extra large washers and dryers. The place was very clean, had so many available machines and it was 5:38pm on a Wednesday. There is a soap centre that allows you to buy some Oxi clean, Tide powder or Bounce Dryer sheets. There is a change machine for coins and it cost about 5.25 for a large wash load.
I’m sorry but there is never any staff there when I go and four machines were broken with no label and during Covid you have to sit there and take your clothes in and out to find a working machine
I was shocked to see so much garbage on the ground. I came back because my previous 2 experiences I was impressed with the cleanliness and price of the machines after midnight. This time I walked right out - will be using a different coin laundry on Sunday.
