Very Professional yet friendly, diverse, respectful, accommodating staff. They really know how to make you feel warm, comforted and welcomed. I felt I was heard and trusted. Its a place where I could freely talk about my trauma, thoughts, and discuss them in a non judgmental way. They help people by providing them with tools to overcome trauma to the best of their abilities in a safe space. Highly recommended !!!!

Very supportive and non-judgmental. Excellent staff. I had been to an independent councillor before Hope 24/7; but, that councillor was nowhere near as effective.

The staff are not held accountable for their mistakes and have zero bedside manner when dealing with what they are supposed to be trained to deal with \trauma counseling\. When a manager was requested a week later still incapable of followup and out of 2 weeks was \out of the office the entire time\. 2 weeks after the incident still zero followup and when asked calmly was told \if that's going to be my attitude then I will be taken out of the program\ they are claiming and getting paid to run still not being run. Not one member has followed through with their word.

I’ve been attending Hope 24/7 for a while now and have only positive things to say. The environment its self focuses on comfort. As you enter the office you are immediately greeted by the friendly, funny front desk worker. She always asks if you want coffee, tea, hot chocolate or candy while you wait to see your therapist. I have bad anxiety and always found the waiting period before entering a session to be uncomfortable but Sabina’s positive energy helped ease my anxiety. Staff at Hope 24/7 are very accommodating and inclusive. I don’t identify with a specific gender and have always found it difficult to find Trans inclusive service providers. When I explained to them about my lack of gender and that I don’t use my birth name along with my pronoun choice they instantly changed everything in my file. It was nice to not have my identity questioned and to have it automatically accepted. I’ve only had interactions with two of their therapists. I actually found them to be very client focused, focusing specifically on the needs of their population. Once you complete the intake, they all meet to discuss your case to best match you with the therapist that they feel you will not only click with, but that would be most beneficial for you and your needs. My intake worker was kind and bubbly, it was refreshing. I literally spent like an hour with her but she made the space feel safe and I finished the intake feelings like I could actually do this, it was the first time in a long time I felt any type of hope. The Therapist Inwas matched with only continued to meet my expectations, creating a safe, inclusive space allowing myself to be vulnerable enough to address an issue I thought I’d never speak of. Hope 24/7 is excellent at building rapport and trust. I would highly recommend Hope 24/7 to anyone, the work we did was not easy but it was healing in its own right.

I have never been helped with a deep rooted issue in all my years of therapy. I feel bad for others who have not had a good experience. Maybe it was my phycologist? Lisa is really good! The people have been so welcoming. Apparently, they did a staff change, so maybe try again?
