I had excellent customer service at this place. Front office person was really helpful in showing crown moulding samples. She took me to the warehouse to verify that sample matched exact profile on longer lengths. The prices were very reasonable almost half what you would pay at big home improvement stores. They charged reasonable local delivery fee for small order. The delivery guy showed up on-time, not even a minute late. He unloaded and verified that items were in great shape before leaving. I would definitely recommend this place for moulding and trims.

Smaller discount hardware store specializing is hardwood laminate and trim. They carried a line of ceramic subway tiles that I used on two jobs with very good results. Ran out of one of the tiles that I wanted, hence the 4 star rating.
