They charge a 25 cent fee on all debit and credit transactions. To my knowledge there are laws that prohibit this practice that were introduced in 2018. It is just 25 cents but out of principle I am not ok with supporting an establishment that continues this practice.

Stealing from people when you pay with credit card 1 so not only they make money on products but thwy make money on proccessing cuz it surely doesnt costs them 1 to process my credit card.

I would like to complain about your staff member working at the Gateway Newsand lower level bramalea city centre (near Tim Hortons). I went to purchase a lottery ticket at the staff member was sitting at their computer with their earbuds on. Not sure if their listening to music or talking to friends. He totally ignored me and there was a line up. I will not be going to this particular store again. I told the staff member to do his job. He said his job was to sit at the computer at surf the internet. He was very rude and I asked for his managers name and he did not provide it. He is a bearded guy skinny and looks indian. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. The staff needs to focus on serving customers and should not have their wireless earbuds in their ear listening to music or talking to friends. They should not be sitting at their computers while there are customers waiting. This is not the kind of service I am use to from your organization I have visited other gateway stands and the reps are usually very courteous and provide prompt service and they do not have their earbuds in their ear. This incident took place on Suday September 08 at 4pm. Please provide feedback to the manager or owner of that store.

I went to their stand in bramalea city centre and ordered two phone cards to be sent to my family bck home the guy ask me to write the numbers in a book he obviously does not know numbers cause he put a 4 when I clearly wrote a seven We even ask a random lady passing by and she said it was a 7... I ask to speak with the manager he obviously dismissed it. They send my money to someone else and refused to give me a refund. I always do my Raza top up there and am never going bck!!!! Thieves!!!!!!!! 0 STAR!!!! The Guys name is PRATIK, thief!!!!!!
