worst service ever i am so disappoint i booked a Umrah/Pakistan package for my parents and myself and because of Covid our flight got cancelled and its been a year now we still haven't received full refund. they claim to be Muslim but yet scamming people in the name of Islam. my father and myself had made multiple attempt to contact them and they always had excuse. Its better to book flights from non-Muslim travel at least they are honest and helpful. STAY AWAY FROM FJ TRAVEL.

I went for Hajj with FJ Travels in 2019. It was apparently their first time organizing Hajj and it clearly showed. What I found most disappointing is their unwillingness to take responsibility (always deflecting any issue as being out of their control), and that they weren't open to any feedback or constructive criticism (which is evident in how they reply to any negative review). The language/tone that they reply to reviews is a reflection of how they deal with Hajjis/Guests. I've attached the itinerary they sent us a couple of days before we left Canada (we didn't have any itinerary until then) - You'll see that they didn't bother even verifying that the dates make sense. As for the issues we ran into during Hajj, it's well documented in other reviews but I'd be glad to elaborate if anyone is interested. The only positive was that the lead Sheikh (Sheikh Ashraf) was very knowledgeable and tried his best to mitigate the numerous issues we ran into.

Zero customer service, no knowledge, and they don't take any responsibilities. It was my first and last experience with them, and I would suggest everyone buy tickets only instead unless you want to waste your money!!! Best of Luck.

On our way back we were booked to visit Dubai flying Etihad via Abu Dhabi. Airline did not allow us to board the flight as we were advised that Resident Visa is required as visit visas are not being accepted. Prior to booking and even after the booking Agent did confirm with us re our travel plans to Dubai and they were advised that we will use our Canadian passport. No cause of concern was expressed by the agent as our shuttle was officially booked by Etihad. Etihad website is silent re the requirement and indicates that guests to Dubai can travel without strict regulations applied for Abu Dhabi. Upon calling the agent we were advised that we should have checked. This is ridiculous service by the agent and Etihad due to lack of clarity during the whole process. Probably an opportunity to rethink customer service strategy by both by outlining accurate communication with clarity. They should excercise the ability to inform customers in advance to avoid similar incidents for travelers.

The most amazing experience of my life with the most amazing service recieved ever! If anyone is planning to go for hajj or Umrah, br. Hassouna is the person to choose and travel with. I have never been looked after or pampered so precisely and effectively in any other group travel ever!
