we got a beautiful flush mount chandelier 29 inch huge light, owner was very helpful, we opened box only after a week as we just moved in and we found some crystal missing, we called back and owner just ask to count crystal, right away he said you can come and pick he was very helpful and sound professional. they got beautiful collection would recommend reasonable price

Bought 2 beautiful chandeliers from here. One of them was a bit longer for our liking, we called the store back to ask if it was possible to do a custom size for it. The rep was extremely helpful and asked us to bring it back. We brought the piece back and within a day my Electriction picked it up and we had it installed. We always get compliments on the lighting. This is definitely my go to place for lights! Would recommend it to everyone!

Poor customer service and low quality products.
Full one row of crystals were missing from the box..when we called the store the so called manager Mr. Asim says you might have thrown somewhere.. he thinks the customers are that stupid or he is ... why would someone throw away and call for the missing pieces...rude behavior...guys be aware there are many other options do not make mistake of buying from this guy my genuine advice to everyone... humble request to the management team to get back to me with my invoice #181065
