I ordered back seat for 04 club car precedent it took 2 weeks to get it that was ok . When I received it would not fit after 2 phone calls they talked to their technician they said there was a bracket that goes with it they should have told me when I bought it . They told me if I return it I have to pay shipping and 20% restocking fee . Plus if I buy the bracket plus shipping because it’s under 100.00 so I told them I would never deal or buy from them again they have no idea what there doing.

Excalibur Custom Carts is the best supplier for anything golf cart related. I rebuild EZGO products and they have the most extensive parts inventory in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton area. Eric is the most knowledgeable custom cart supplier in the area and has the most extensive inventory. If you have a question Eric will take the time to answer it. They always have the parts I need and even the rare high-end stuff. The photos attached are carts I have built with Eric’s help and parts from their inventory. They are the best dealer when it comes to lifts and high-end motors and controllers. When it comes to batteries you won’t find a better supplier. You won’t find a better supplier, more helpful and accommodating person than Eric @ Excalibur. If you need repairs, they are the best shop in the area. The selection of rims and tires is the most extensive you can find anywhere in the area and by far the best prices too. They stock parts that would take me weeks to get from other suppliers and they sell them at incredibly reasonable prices when compared to the competition. I have dealt with every cart shop in the area and they are my favorite to deal with and I purchase the majority of my parts from them for my builds.
Eric was fantastic to deal with! He helped me select exactly what I needed for an easy install. The kit arrived quickly and contained everything I needed. The instructions were easy to understand, and assembly only took a few hours. Once again, many thanks to Eric and the whole team at Excalibur Custom Carts for the fine product and excellent customer service!

If I could give a minus rating I would. This place and Eric cannot be trusted be very careful here. I bought a charger here for alot of money 560 . I thought it was new, but after it died after only 2 six month seasons this place would do nothing for me. So I contacted the manufacturer only to find out this charger was already 2 years old when I purchased it.! When I spoke to Eric about this he proceeded to lay blame on his supplier Red Hawlk and said they must have screwed him. Sure Eric but who took my money? So my advice would be dont shop here but if you do be very careful.
